Norristown, PA – September 12, 2025 – Senator Amanda M. Cappelletti (D-17 Delaware/Montgomery) announced $6,625,681 in funding approved by the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency (PCCD) this week that will be distributed to thirteen organizations serving the 17th District.
The funding will advance initiatives throughout Delaware and Montgomery Counties that provide vital victim services, recovery resources, and crime prevention tools for victims of sexual assault, domestic abuse, elder abuse, and other crimes.
“Victims and survivors in our community deserve accessible tools, support systems, and resources that help them navigate trauma and enable healing,” Senator Cappelletti said. “I’m pleased to see several organizations in my district and surrounding community receive these investments so they can keep doing the invaluable work of serving some of our most vulnerable neighbors.”

Federal Victims of Crime Act (VOCA) Funds

- Delaware County Victim Assistance Center – 859,992
- Domestic Abuse Project of Delaware County, Inc. – $466,887
- Family Support Line of Delaware County, Inc. – $306,297
- CASA Youth Advocates, Inc (serving Delaware and Chester Counties) – $401,572
- Child Advocacy Center of Montgomery County – $188,234

- The Lincoln Center for Family and Youth – $815,930
