On August 23rd, Senator Amanada Cappelletti and Chairwoman of the Senate Democratic Policy Committee Senator Katie Muth will be hosting a policy hearing on the use of so-called “Skill Games” in the Commonwealth and how they affect Pennsylvanians. Discussion will cover the current status of these “skill games”, an ongoing court battle over the legality of the games, and how they people directly and indirectly. With virtually no regulation, so-called “skill games” have become a highly contested industry in the Commonwealth and it is estimated that they have already diverted over $650 million away from programs that assist vulnerable senior citizens.

The hearing will be held at Radnorshire Room at the Radnor Township Municipal Building (301 Iven Ave, Radnor, PA 19087)
